This page is short on purpose, because you should be able to read it. It explains what we hold about you when you reserve a table at Sucre de Nada, why we hold it, and how to ask us to let it go.

What we ask you for

  • Your name, your mobile number and your email address.
  • The size of your party, the branch, the day and the time you chose, and whether you would rather sit indoors or outdoors.
  • The language you booked in, so that we write to you in it.
  • The moment you accepted the reservation terms.

What we never see

  • Your card. The SAR 60 reservation amount is typed into MyFatoorah's own secure form. It appears inside our checkout page, but the frame is theirs and not ours, and your card number never reaches us. All we are told is the amount, whether it went through, and a reference for the transaction — which is what lets us refund you.

What we record along the way

  • Every message we send you — your confirmation, your reminder, your table being ready, your hour being up — and whether it actually arrived. That last part is how we know to pick up the phone when a message fails.
  • When you were seated, and when the sitting ended.
  • A short note the counter may leave when your table ends.
  • If you join the Sucre de Nada List, or ask us to tell you when a full time opens up, the same contact details along with the time you were hoping for.

Why we hold it

  • To keep your table for you, and to greet you by name when you arrive.
  • To send your confirmation and your reminder, and to tell you the moment your table is ready.
  • To take the reservation amount, and to return it when you cancel in time.
  • To see how busy we are, how many tables sit empty and how often a table goes unclaimed, so that the patisserie runs well.
  • We do not sell it, we do not advertise to you, and we do not build a profile of you.

Who else handles it

  • MyFatoorah — takes the payment and returns it.
  • Google — carries our email from the Sucre de Nada booking mailbox to your inbox.
  • WhatsApp — carries our messages to your number.
  • Railway — runs this website and the database behind it.
  • Our team at the branch, who see your name, your party size and your number on the day you are coming.
  • No one else.

Cookies

  • Two, and neither one watches you. One remembers whether you are reading in Arabic or English. The other keeps our own team signed in to the admin page. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker anywhere on this site.

How long we keep it

  • We keep your reservation for as long as it matters: to honour it, to settle the payment and to keep our own books straight. Ask us to delete your details and we will, apart from the payment record we are required to keep.

Your rights

  • Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law gives you the right to know what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to tell us to stop using it. Write to us and we will answer. If we do not put it right, you can raise it with SDAIA, the Saudi Data & AI Authority.

Children

  • Our tables are for grown-ups, and we do not knowingly collect anything about children.
